I use a mix of packages from debian unstable and CPAN. I use:

debian apache-perl 1.3.29-1 (Apache 1.3.29 with mod_perl 1.29 statically
linked).

debian axkit 1.6.2-3 (AxKit 1.62)

CPAN A::A::P::Session 0.93 with patches for Session.pm and Auth.pm from
CPAN.

As Kjetil Kjernsmo has pointed out
( http://www.mail-archive.com/[EMAIL PROTECTED]/msg04292.html ),
The debian apache-perl package both had mod_perl statically linked and
ran it as a DSO. I have the DSO disabled as Kjetil has suggested.

Thanks for the reply. I hope this information helps.

Yours,

Streph
