you need this:
AxAddPlugin Apache::AxKit::Plugin::AddXSLParams::Request
PerlSetVar AxAddXSLParamGroups "VerboseURI"
then for it to cache those pages you need this:
AxAddPlugin Apache::AxKit::Plugin::QueryStringCache
