I found a Marriage for Manuel Duarte and Francisca Victoria, 3 Feb 1894, in New Bedford. They were both residents of New Bedford and were married by A. G. Neves, Priest. They were both from St. Michael, Azores. His parents names were listed as, Jose Duarte and Maria Jacintha. Her parents names were listed as, Jose da Costa and Victoria Amaral. None of the others I found were even close to this. I had no luck at all using de Mello or Mello.
