Santo Antao separated from Topo in 1890, Before that St. Antao was a place belonging to Topo parish, after 1890 they became 2 parishes. St. Antao records prior to 1890 are in Topo's books, therefore you will find Rosalina's birth there

All I know is that Manuel Brazil married Rosalina and she is the daughter of Manuel Baptist and Maria Perpetua, I don't know if this is the Baptists that you are researching, they were from Topo. I am only covering the fringes of Manuel Brazil because he is the brother of my great grand father Antonio De Avila Brazil and there are interesting stories about their arrival here in Siskiyou County CA. I know that Manuel Brazil (who may be married to your Manuel's daughter) Came to CA and mined for gold and went back to Sao Jorge and married, he had done very well mining for gold. He eventually went blind and stayed on the island not returning to CA. This is from a book that mentions the De Avila Brazil family..sorry its in Portuguese: Na Califórnia comprou um claim, e ali se entreteve a minar oiro até ao ano de 1888, em que voltou à terra, tendo obtido, por seu trabalho e economia, uns dez mil dólares. Em 1892 voltou à Califórnia, onde se demorou quatro anos, voltando a esta vila em 1896. Casou então nesta matriz em 11 de Janeiro de 1897 com a sr.a Ro-salina Perpétua Brasil, de 33 anos de idade, natural de Santo Antão do Topo, filha de Manuel Baptista e de Maria Perpétua.
