Eric, It is true that the grave stones were put into a database (not the one I did). Many of the stones had been destroyed and were at the bottom of the creek that runs behind the cemetery. If you are looking for someone that may be buried there, they may or may not have a stone. In addition, there is a large section at the back of the cemetery that was known as "the poor ground." Almost no stones were found there when I began looking for my uncle who died in 1917 at the age of 3 months. Of course, my grandparents did not have the money for a stone and that is the reason I began looking at the 14 books for the cemetery. Celeste, Hayward, CA
