My Great Great Great Grandfather Manoel Soares de Medeiros born 25 March 1795 in Agua de Pau's records . This week i think i found his death record 9 November 1856. What confuses me is that in the death record it states that he died at the age of 58. But doing the math....he should have been 61 years old. It's his wife's name on the document too..so i think i have the right one...or could i be wrong? I know this topic has come up before...but i have put geneology aside for a long time and just started picking it up again so can someone refresh my memory as to whether the documents could be off by a few years and still be the right person?
