Gail, Before you contact the cemetery office for a picture, I'd check to see if someone has created a memorial for them on Find A Grave. If not, then you can create a memorial and then call the cemetery office to verify that the graves are marked. If they are marked, then click the Request a Photo button on the memorial and a Find A Grave volunteer in the area will take a photo for you for free. www.findagrave.com
