Mike, I *think* it's ANSEL, but only if you use diacritics (the accented letters). It may be ANSI. I know my notes for this are currently in a box labeled "Computer Papers" (from my move last weekend). It will probably be faster for you to put in diacritics in a name (make your name Michael José Gilfillian) and export it both ways and see what happens. I may not find those notes for a while.
