JoElayne, I signed in as an admin and then as my dad. It worked both times.
I checked to see if your or Frank's name was on the Kit Authorization list and it's not. The only thing I can tell you is to call FTDNA at 713-868-1438 and tell them you can't sign in. Make sure you aren't flipping a couple of digits around in the kit number though. Like 2365 is 2635 or something.
