Yes it clearly states, only once, that they are natives of the said parish. A one time pronouncement in plural (naturais desta mesma igreja) is a reference to all those named. But since you say that you have found a baptism that indicates the Pimentel side is from another village, then the priest may be wrong or did not bother to investigate. I have sometimes found that when people of a certain parish are there long enough, the priest sometimes does not bother to make a notation where they were actually born. This happens more often when people are baptised in a village other than the one they reside over their lives, especially in early records, where the the records were more sparse with information. And sometimes you will find conflicting information, which is usually resolved when you find the actual record.
