You DID NOT find your ancestor's naturalization record. You found an index card. If you read the section on naturalization, you will see you need to order the naturalization packet from the USCIS. You will need to figure out which Francisco is yours coming into America. Since you were on the CCA site, reading the records of a particular freguesia, you should be concentrating on that freguesia. And that Francisco coming to America is yours.
