Ilha = Island Concelho = Council (like American counties) Freguesia = freguesia. It doesn't translate properly. It's the village.
The organization can be found in my How To that I've posted. Here it is again: goo.gl/HXmQPB 30+ pages. You really need to read this. Over and over again, as there is a lot of information in it. If you have your freguesia (village) though, you only need the 2nd or the 3rd part.
