I went from using PAF5 to RootsMagic without a problem. There are some minor quirks to get used to. I had no problem uploading my GEDCOM (or whatever it's called) to RootMagic. After uploading, RootsMagic checks for duplicate records (at least it did for me) just be carefull and doulbe check what it is showing you. The only thing I would like to see them change is when you go to print a family group report that you can print a descendant family group report like PAF, not one family at a time. Paul G.
