Opens and saves just about any format. Has rotation and a nifty feature to paste left, right, top, bottom. Great to add the back sides of pictures or pages of records into one image. Also supports multi-page TIFF and JPEG. Get the plugins to create PDFs and do OCR in Portuguese.... The advanced things like OCR, take some playing with to understand.
