I am connected through Jose de Sousa and Theresa Viveiros. Their daughter Joana married Manuel da Silva in Sao Jose on 11 July 1778. But Manuel was first married to Joana's sister Maria who passed away. I read this in RR book awhile back but can't remember exactly where. Anyway the Manuel da Silva and Joana de Sousa line leads directly to my great great grandmother Maria Julia Silva and great grandfather Francisco Mendonca. Their daughter Diana was my grandmas mother. Amazing!!!Herb
