This is real difficult. I can make out some of it. The date is 5 Dec 1641. The 4th line down it starts with Manuel Afonso son of Joao …….? and his wife ? with Maria Teves? Daughter of Joao de Teves? And ???
The writing is very faint making it difficult. Perhaps someone else can add to it.
