Hi Eaim,

Yes, I've heard there's a festa Fallon, Nevada. Anyone can go to a festa,
Catholic or not. And anyone can attend a Catholic Mass, but only Catholics
receive communion. I don't know how it is where you live, but in my area,
non-Catholics are welcome to walk up in our communion line with their arms
crossed and can receive a blessing instead. Not everyone goes to Mass
during the festa. Depending on the size of the festa, they may have 1st
seating of the meal while Mass is going on. For the non-religious, they
just sit outside and visit with each other. It's not mandatory to go to
Mass if one is not Catholic or non-religious.
