I have no idea of the age of the subject in question. I'm guessing she's
probably born within the last 100 years. The church would have her baptism.
I'm not sure if the Civil Registry lists the grandparents or not. I think
they might, but I have not seen a recent (within the last 100 years) Civil
Registry birth.

She could write to the church where she was born and ask for a photocopy of
her baptism. I'd make a donation to the church too, for their time.
