Lee, I now think you may have meant the left side which looks like it might be Jose da Rocha (I can't really make it out, but this might be the name; I do not see Domingos) marrying Maria Joaquina. The note on the bottom says they had a dispensation for consanguinity in the 3rd and 4th degree.
What I don't know is if this means they two common ancestors, one that makes them second cousins and one that makes them third cousins; or they have a common ancestor that is 3 degrees from one of the couple and 4 degrees from the other (such as 2nd cousins, once removed) I hope I'm not confusing all of this.
