I have discovered a marriage record for my gggg..... grandparents from Calheta, Calheta, Sao Jorge on the 28th of September 1778. It is the entry on the left hand side of the following page (Antonio Machado Cardoso and Barbara Josefa). I am having a bit of trouble with their parents names however, so if someone could clear things up Id be greatly appreciative. I'm thinking the grooms parents are - Joam Cardoso Machado ____________?? - Maria das Candeyas and the bride's parents could be - Joam Machado Cabral ________________?? - ___________ Maria___________??
