Yes, what Rosemarie says is so true! It appears that often the books were copied over at certain times. So look at all copies of the books as you never know what you will find. In one book, the secretary, or whoever made the entry may only give an island….but in another there may be more information, a village possibly! Through these books, you can see life events for some members….they marry, their wives may pass away, and these changes will be reflected in the beneficiaries. So good advice from Rosemarie…..read though all the pages of your council…you will find brothers, fathers etc…..just don’t zero in on the one person that you are looking for.
