I used Bing Translator https://www.bing.com/translator/

It translates “on the slope”

Subject: [AZORES-Genealogy] Translation "na ladeira"

http://culturacores.azores.gov.pt/biblioteca_digital/SJR-CH-RIBEIRASECA-O-1880-1889/SJR-CH-RIBEIRASECA-O-1880-1889_item1/P3.html

Right side bottom Maria Delfina. 3rd line down, meaning/translation of
the words "na ladeira"

I can pretty much read the rest. The translator couldn't translate it.

Thanks.

Also, Does anyone else use a translation program on line and if so, what
would you recommend. I've been using Babylon but it's a hit and miss.
