Yes it is the handwritten record.  On the Familysearch.org page you 
provided a link to in your original post, there is a link in a blue field 
on the right that says "browse the film".  I clicked that and browsed until 
I found it on image 405.

This link takes you directly to the image since I already did the browsing 
for you (you must be logged into Familysearch.org)

Please let me know if this worked.
