Ian was off hobnobbing at conferences yesterday, so I raised a call with ops. Apparently they had issues with their email so they didn't receive the message (irony etc). I now have a call number and they're on to it. We will let you know when we have some news. Brendan (now in R&D, but not officially on Backstage, I'm just helping out :-)
