Did you try passwordless login with the -v option?  This should indicate any
errors.  Errors are also logged to a log file, but I don't recall which one.
  


Ah, good call.  When I do that I get the following error message.  Any idea what it means? 

      "Rhosts Authentication disabled, originating port will not be trusted."
