I tried this package first, the same message.

rsync.exe  is  on  the list of exceptions. Connection is not a problem
because  I  receive  message  in  rsync's  log  on the Windows machine
(firewall does not block it).

I   think that both rsync's (from Debian and from windows package) use
different  protocols  (maybe one side encrypts connection with ssh and
one side is not?). What can I do to check that?
