Thanks Brent. I thought that I'd read somewhere in the mailing list/doc that you needed to use ? For spaces in files names (which I avoid unless forced by windows!). Must have got it wrong - as it all appears to work now - though I'm still getting some permissions problems - but that's easily sorted out.
