I am having nothing but trouble with doing backups.. I have a backup i'm trying to, its at least 1,000,000 files.. it takes over an hour to build the list...
and it seems to start coping files but then just randonmly exists, as shown below.. and it does it at different stages all the time, so its not 1 particular
file causing the problem. Someone suggested that it might be the system is running out of memory, when the system is compiling the list of files to copy
it does use up quite a bit of memory. I have increased the timeout on backuppc aswell, it did nothing.
