Hi, I have ~160 servers connected on a high speed internal network which I use to do backups. Additionally I have ~50 remote servers which I back up over the external network. It's taking about a week to make the rounds of all the systems. Would it make more sense to use tar on the internal network backups in hopes of speeding things up?
