hmm, not sure about how to restrict it to less than once per day... but I'd
guess that these options would restrict it to running only on saturday.
$Conf{BlackoutHourBegin} = 20.0;
$Conf{BlackoutHourEnd} = 20.0;
$Conf{BlackoutWeekDays} = [0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5];
if there weren't any other hosts to backup at other times, you could try
setting:
$Conf{WakeupSchedule} = [20..24];
which will cause it to only wake up and try to do backups between 8pm and
midnight.
