thinko on my part. try this instead:
$Conf{BlackoutHourBegin} = 20.36;
$Conf{BlackoutHourEnd} = 20.35;
I put it at the bottom of the hour so it wouldn't coincide with the wakeup
time for backuppc.
be warned, I'm just making guesses here. :)
