Hi

I am using a Linux machine to backup 76 windows computers and 3 Linux
servers. All backup is via rsync - Cygwin on the Windows machines.
Incremental backups are working fine, but full backups of the windows
machines contain files and directories 1 level deep and nothing else. (i.e.
All second level directories are empty.) Even more strangely, the module
pointing to the 'Documents and Settings' directory works fine on both full
and incremental backup. It's only on modules pointing to directories off c:\
that behave in the way described.
Any ideas as to what's going on?

Here's my rsyncd.conf from the windows machine.

use chroot = false
strict modes = false

secrets file = /cygdrive/c/docume~1/admini~1/secrets
path = /cygdrive/c/docume~1/
hosts allow xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
auth users = administrator
ignore nonreadable
read only = false

[MySQL_Datafiles]
secrets file = /cygdrive/c/docume~1/admini~1/secrets
path = /cygdrive/c/MYSQL_~1/
hosts allow xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
auth users = administrator
