No. What is $Conf{BackupFilesExclude} set to?

Are you saying [Profiles] works, and [MySQL_Datafiles] has the
problem?
Could you please email me (offlist) the XferLOG file for the full
and incremental backups, with XferLogLevel set to, say, 5?
