Hello,

The timestamp is changed (just changed the doc and checked it), and even
when i put a new file in the folder and do an encrimental backup, the
new file is also not in the backup.
I must do a full backup !

Is the timestamp on the changed file newer than the previous backup run?

  Some methods of changing files retain older timestamps which will 
cause the change not to be seen by incremental methods other than rsync.
