OK I'll give it a shot with the V3 config.

As far as the configure.pl script goes, it should be included since it is mentioned in the documentation.

The default config.pl should be fine for a fresh v4 install. But you're right that maybe the configure.pl script should be bundled to handle upgrades from v3
