Thanks!

I am running on Rocky 8. Was that something setup via Backuppc or within
FreeBSD?

Is there a way to encrypt with Backuppc?

I have a client that performs annual audits. They want to see the file on

Two questions:

1. How do you go about finding and showing the specific file on the
Backuppc server?

I would say from within the web interface. You could download it to somewhere
on your system or another system and compare them.

2. Are the files encrypted on the Backuppc server? If not, is there a
setting to encrypt the files?

Not involved in backuppc development, but I run my backupoc install on FreeBSD,
so I am running on an encrypted ZFS pool. When I was running it on linux, I was
on an encrypted LUKS partition, so the pool was encrypted at rest.

That is how I have traditionally done it.
