It looks like for some reason your ctest run isn't generating all of the
output files that it should be. I'd suggest that you run the ctest command
manually, changing the argument to -D by adding 'Build' and adding -VV and
possibly --debug to get more output. For example, if I'm running the
nightly-disk script I'd run:
ctest -D NightlyBuild -VV
Hopefully this should point to why you're missing the Build.xml file.
