Within a single Job, multiple storage devices no; multiple pools no problem.

The manual discusses how to deal with multiple pools on particularly 
concerning disk storage, and it suggest a technique of being able to use 
multiple different directories or partitions by pre-linking the Volume names 
to the desired partition.  This can in a sort simulate or substitute for 
multiple Storage devices.
