Hi, Stupidly, I didn't create bacula rescue discs and one of our servers crashed.
I've put a basic linux install on it with the bacula file daemon and i've done a full restore. I ensured I made all of the partitions in the same order as they were before, however I can't guarentee they are exactly the same sizes. Now when I reboot, it goes to boot from the hard disk and just says the word "GRUB" and hangs. I'm trying to do a grub-install and it says /dev/cciss/c0d0 does not have any corresponding BIOS drive I've also tried /dev/cciss/c0d0p1 which is my boot partition and /dev/cciss/c0d0p1 which is my root partition. It's a HP Proliant with an array controller. Any ideas what I might try? *********************************************************************************** Mail FROM London Borough of Harrow: Unencrypted electronic mail is not secure and may not be authentic, in whole or in part.
