Typically these sort of errors are because you have not waited long enough in
the mtx-changer script for your changer to finish moving the tape before
returning control to Bacula. If you take a careful look at mtx-changer, you
should clearly see what is needed as there are comments ...
The other possiblity is a but in mtx, so make sure you are using a relatively
recent copy ...
