new tape drives aks for cleaning tape with a special LED, also manufacurer
tells you only to use cleaning tape when asked for it

HOWEVER: It would be nice to have some sort of feature to automatically
(request if not in changer,) load and run the cleaning tape if a drive is
requesting it, along with tracking the number of uses it's had.
