Looks as though the tapes in your changer are not actually known to Bacula. If you're sure you don't need the data on them any more you should delete all media from the catalog (using the delete command in bconsole, for example) and clear the existing labels from the tapes: 'mt rewind; mt weof; mt weof;' That should help.
