Perhaps this is not well documented, but Bacula is not designed to restore two jobs at the same time that were backed up simultaneously. If you have spooling turned on and the whole job is spooled, you can restore two jobs at the same time. However, if the spool does not hold the whole of each job, you will have similar problems.
