No, there is no problem with the announcement other than the fact that I
missed that part of the line, as did you. It states clearly:

There is really no question here -- it happens independent of the
spooling setting. Your question is different. I suspect based on the
technical explanation that this problem cannot happen if you never take
advantage of concurrent jobs. But, in this case, chances are you would
not have them enabled anyway.
