Yes we have a magnum224 is a 2 drive LTO2 with 24 slots.

No modifications to mtx.

For the most things are working very well. We currently have 15TB of
data on tapes right now with an estimated 12TB of that was recorded
with the magnum.

One problem is that I can not put a tape in the input / output slot
and have bacula use it correctly. I believe this is a mtx problem but
it is easy to avoid by manually importing the tape to a different slot
via the controls on the autoloader.

Also, In the past I have had a bacula related problem with the
scheduler not handling 2 drives very efficiently, causing media to be
removed from one drive to be put back in the other drive to run a job.
This problem was fixed in the svn code (and now in bacula-2.2.8) a few
months back so I have not experienced that in a long while.

There is one other problem that comes up every once and a while. You
must remember to have bacula unload the media from the drives before
using the changer controls to move tapes or you can run into a problem
where a tape can get ejected from the drive but the robot on the
changer refuses to pick up the tape. When this happens you need to
stop the bacula-sd and then issue

mt -f /dev/nst0 load

then you can use the changer controls.

This may be a result of me having AlwaysOpen= yes in my config for the drives.
