Hello.
I know this question came up in the past, but perhaps things have
changed in the last years...
I've got a setup where i backup a couple of servers to a NAS (using
Full/Diff/Inc schedule) daily.
Then once a week I need to "copy" the most recent backup to an external
HD (so to have an offline repository of the whole data).
Currently I do this with a set of copy jobs, but I'm up to the point
where a Full + a Diff + some Inc won't fit on the disk anymore.
Consolidating them with a VirtualFull would be an obvious choice, but I
don't want an eventual restore to consider the data stored on external
HDs (at least as long as the NAS is available and online).
Is it possible to combine the two (Copy + VirtualFull)?
Any other way to achieve the above?
