Each year you create a new folder and generate a new read-only archive.
Actually let me restate that slightly:
You back up each /Storage/folder* directory as its own Job. Once a
year, you create a new folder and a new job for it, you do a FINAL Full
backup of the previous year's folder, and that Full backup becomes a
read-only archive.
