You back up each /Storage/folder* directory as its own Job. Once a year, you create a new folder and a new job for it, you do a FINAL Full backup of the previous year's folder, and that Full backup becomes a read-only archive.
And as one more afterthought, that archive backup could possibly even be a Virtual Full if necessary. (But I'd try to make it its own single Full backup to maximize efficient usage of the backup media.)
