Bakkenresources.com has a news post from the Oil Patch Hotline about
ND Port Services trucking oil to a Minot terminal. Didn't see anything
from the Minot Daily, Williston Herald or Bismarck Tribune. It
mentioned having 50-60 trucks running by the end of the month, 150 by
the end of November and 250 in December. Anybody else heard anything
about this outfit?
Between Stampede, Ryder and this railroad loading, it could tide the
production over until the pipelines are able to handle the load. But
does anyone have info on what the transportation costs are using
trucks and railroad. I remember a post that said that pipeline costs
are about $3/bbl and trucking is about $6/bbl, but assume that is
trucking to a pipeline.
