The answer I was looking for is apparently about $15/bbl. So after
trucking costs to get it to a rail facility and the rail costs, about
$19-23/bbl depending on how far they truck it. RMOJ has ND sweet
yesterday at 87.50 so a royalty check on railed oil would be about
$67.
